Daddy! Daddy! Daddy?

This is entirely new and I am stumped. He’s done it before but only intermitently. Now he’s hit 2.6 and is very aware of the fact that Daddy and Mommy are not together (ever). What am I supposed to tell him? The “Daddy is at his house” line is getting old. And what does that mean to a 2-year-old anyway? Where is his daddy? Why isn’t his daddy here?
