Knus! (That’s Danish for Hugs)

Can’t believe I’ll be in Europe in less than 24 hours. Leaving at 2:45 p.m. Eastern time, landing in Copenhagen at 3:00 a.m. Eastern time. But it will be 9:00 a.m. Danish time and that means, I can head straight for a pastry shop!!! Yes, I’m planning on gaining at least 5 pounds while I’m there, maybe 7 (if I’m lucky).
