Merry, Merry Bots and Dresses

by mssinglemama on December 17, 2010

You won’t believe this contest… click to read more and find out what you can win.

I love, love, love giveaways. I think because I just love giving gifts, especially to all of you. In this case – just one of you. Without further ado…

What you can win:

The Tassimo T-20 Brew Bot

This little puppy brews up cappuccinos, espressos, coffees and hot chocolates in less than a minute. Yum. Yum. Nothing beats the local coffee shop, but when you can’t get out of the house โ€“ the Brew Bot will be there for you.

Or, when you are rushing off to a fantastic night out on a first date, exhausted and trying to figure out how you can do it all. Dating. Motherhood. Work. You can whip up an espresso and slip into your brand new dress from Shabby Apple.

(re-read that last sentence with Price is Right guy voicing it in your head).

Shabby Apple is offering up a few dresses for the winner to choose from. The cider (pictured above). Or any of these:

Tuxedo III
Barefoot in the Park
Pretty in Pink
Nine to Five
Five to Nine
Duck Beach
Anchors Away
The Traveler
Frida K
Sundance Kid
La Noche Negra
San Gabriel
Le Coeur
Green with Envy/Finding Out (maternity)
Better than Sweets (maternity)
24K (plus-size)
Creamsicle (toddlers)
Pink Panther
Not your Mama’s Mumu
45 WPM

And then when you get home you can unwind with a RelaxZen shot. I haven’t tried mine yet, but the all natural ingredients have me intrigued. And on those nights when I am tossing and turning with to-do lists this would be a great help.

To Enter:

Tell me a) which drink you would make first in your Tassimo T-20. Just click here to view the drink options. and b) browse Shabby Apple and tell me which dress you would want. I will pick a winner randomly. Contest ends on Christmas Eve Eve, December 23rd at Midnight.

I would try the espresso first! I have wanted this coffee maker forever! I’d pick the “Five to Nine” dress. So pretty!

Rachel December 17, 2010 at 9:42 am

Great contest!!

I’d make a great coffee and spike it with some Baileys. For the dress, I love the Pretty In Pink!

abbyleigh December 17, 2010 at 9:44 am

Jenni December 17, 2010 at 9:51 am

I guess I am pretty easy today- I looked at the options for drinks and any of them would be a winner. As well as I would love the cider dress pictured or anothing else in a size 8— I love all the shapes and the color orange is a favorite!

Amanda December 17, 2010 at 9:52 am

I would love to try a hot chocolate from the tissimo (i’m not a big coffee drinker!)

I’d have to go with either the Better than Sweets dress (due in July!!) or the Not Your Mama’s Mumu for my 4 year old. She would totally rock that little dress!

Ann December 17, 2010 at 9:58 am

A cappuccino right now sounds divine! And I would go with the Cider. J’adore!

Angela December 17, 2010 at 10:08 am

Ooh, what a great giveaway! For my beverage choice I’d have to go with the hot chocolate. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, I leave that to my hubs, but I love hot chocolate! And for the dress, well as a quick choice I’d go with L’amour. It looks so comfy and versatile.

Andrea December 17, 2010 at 10:12 am

Yummy hot chocolate, because, lets face it, chocolate is the best thing ever! I’d also throw in some of the gingerbread flavored marshmallow’s i just picked up. I like the “pretty in pink” dress because its not too tight on the body and won’t show off my hips. And, well, it’s PINK!!!

Beth December 17, 2010 at 10:16 am

I would definately try the hot chocolate first! Its my favorite drink in the winter. I absolutely love the Nine to Five dress!

espresso – because there isn’t enough coffee in the world or my system to help me do everything I need to in a day

l’amour – because i need to totally break out of my shell and I think this is the dress to help me do that. Would be awesome for a New Year’s Eve party.

Amy December 17, 2010 at 10:23 am

I love the cedar dress you have shown. and I would totally dig a cappuccino! YUM!

Lori December 17, 2010 at 10:23 am

I would make the hot chocolate but my husband would want to make cappuccino so we would have to see who gets to go first! As for the dress, I would go with the Rosarita or the Espina Bonita. BTW- I like the Fit to Flatter quiz that matches your body type with dresses. Merry Christmas!

Amanda December 17, 2010 at 10:27 am

I would definitely cozy up with the hubby and drink some Tazo hot tea (Joy), and I’d pick The Traveler to wear =)

I would try to make my own version of a salted caramel hot chocolate on my new brew bot.

And as for a dress….wow! What amazing dresses. It was so hard to choose. If I had to pick just one, I think it would be the five to nine dress.

Jen December 17, 2010 at 11:13 am

I would definitely make a latte & drink it while wearing my Cider dress!

Jennifer December 17, 2010 at 11:25 am

Staci December 17, 2010 at 11:31 am

I’m expecting a new baby any day now and would LOVE to have this Brewbot on hand – espressos should give me the energy I’ll need to get through those late nights! And, the Pretty in Pink dress looks like it would hide that post-partum tummy in the spring! ๐Ÿ™‚

Valerie December 17, 2010 at 11:35 am

Starbucks Coffee for sure, and out of all of the choices, I like Cider best!

Sara December 17, 2010 at 11:40 am

Candice December 17, 2010 at 12:08 pm

A creamy and rich chocolatey Hot Cocoa. I am daydreaming about it right now, as the weather is perfect for it today. Mmmmm! OMG! I just thought of something — what about EggNog? If the Brew Bot can make lattes, then maybe it can make eggnog! Christmas is all around me and the craving just hit! Ok, if I had the Brew Bot I would be making something for everyone. A Brew Bot short-order cook at your service!

Danielle December 17, 2010 at 12:38 pm

I would make hot cocoa for me and my girl while wearing L’Amour dress from shabby apple!

Ryan December 17, 2010 at 12:39 pm

I would try the Tazo green tea. It is going to be my new replacement for the diet soda I have been drinking in the afternoons.

The dresses were tough. I was really tempted to pick out on for my daughter, but decided momma deserves it more…so I pick Barefoot in the Park

Katy N. December 17, 2010 at 12:41 pm

I would have a yummy Latte for myself and then make up some nice warm Hot Cocoa’s for my โ™ฅlil guysโ™ฅ… As far as the dress goes thats the tricky part but I narrowed it down and I really like the “Tuxedo IV” and runner up is “Some like it Hot”…You know whats also great about that website? They have the “Find your perfect fit” option.Mine is the hourglass. Then they showed me options to my shape. Its a nice feature.

โ™ฅ Happy Holidays โ™ฅ

Sarah December 17, 2010 at 1:22 pm

I’d make some espresso and relax, or read a book while wearing the lovely Cider dress!!!

Kayla J. December 17, 2010 at 6:54 pm

What a great contest! I would definitely have to make a Milka hot chocolate in the Brewbot, since it’s the perfect accompaniment to all this snow my area has been experiencing. After that, some Starbucks latte as I’ve never been able to afford such luxuries, just to see what all the fuss is about.

As for the dress, I think I’d simply go with Cider. I looked at all the options and I don’t think I have a slim enough figure for the others. Additionally, I love where the dress falls on the knee–classic!

Thanks for the oppurtunity!

laura December 17, 2010 at 7:38 pm

Dress: Duck Beach.

Fingers crossed! Good luck to all the ladies participating.

Jonalyn Almacin December 17, 2010 at 8:48 pm

Wow this is great…My choice for the beverage would be cappuccino and for the dress, Five to Nine was really fantastic for me…yet, my country is just too far…but I enjoyed your blogs a lot and this give away contest is amazing and the Shabby Apple’s dresses are just so aesthetically wonderful too.

Jen December 17, 2010 at 9:28 pm

I would make hot chocolate for my kiddos and a half caff/half decaf latte for myself! What a neat machine!

As far as the dresses, I just looked at every…single…one…and my favorites were the Duck Beach and Le Coeur. I would go with Duck Beach since I’ve always wondered what it would be like to wear crisp cotton poplin. ๐Ÿ™‚

Great contest!!!

Rachel R. December 17, 2010 at 10:52 pm

I’ve been dying to get coffee maker like the brew bot since I’ve given up my starbucks addictions. The first drink I’d make would be a latte.

As for the dress I like the Cortez, Duck Beach and Le Coeur. I’d probably have to go with Cortez or Duck Beach cause I like the crisp look of both.

Crissi December 17, 2010 at 10:53 pm

I know it’s random, but if I were to win I’d send you a picture of me sipping some freshly brewed Starbucks in my new Appalacian dress. The dress wasn’t on the list to win, but I sure did fall in live with it!

Sheila December 17, 2010 at 11:14 pm

Wow! I could really use a pick me up right now, so I really hope I win!

For Shabby Apple, it’s really hard because I don’t quite have the body for them…..yet! But when I do, I would love to be wearing Five to Nine, but until then I would want my daughter to have Not your Mamaโ€™s Mumu.

Thanks for the giveaway!

Melissa December 18, 2010 at 3:27 am

Stac December 18, 2010 at 9:00 am

As much as I depend on coffee, I’d make a hot chocolate…maybe because I’m sitting here wishing for a big snow storm. And I’d pick the Le Coeur Dress. I was ooo’ing and ah’ing at all the blacks ones…and then I saw that and I suddenly wanted to go to a music fest and dance in a field….so that one won for me. ๐Ÿ™‚

Oh wow!

I cannot tell you how absolutely perfect ‘Cider’ is. Such a wonderful color and the cut is beautiful. The neckline is fabulous – just right to show off the neck and decollete.

I love Americanos. I’m talking on the verge of obsessed. The Crema Coffee option for the Brewbot looks like a little cup of heaven at home.

What a great contest!

Allison in the MN December 22, 2010 at 3:13 pm

I would go with the 24k. Not only because it is available in plus size but because it is freaking gorgeous as well! I would probably start off with a hot chocolate from the Brewbot & then hit it with some butterscotch schnapps. ๐Ÿ™‚
It is a pretty standard MN thing to do!

Have a Merry Christmas!

Carly Moore December 22, 2010 at 5:10 pm

There are several coffees I’d love to try, but I’ve become an addict of chai lattes as of late. I was drawn to the cider dress for it’s bit of fall color. Almost all my dress ar dark or black. It would be great to pair it with some fun tights and ankle boots. Happy holidays!!

Township Meeting Set For Monday, Inspite of Road Journey Reduced Pottsgrove commissioners canceled their very last general public session on April 19. They don’t seem to be probably to miss two inside of a row, whether or not the board president is on an “international tour.”

Clayton Carlyle October 30, 2013 at 3:47 am

Can I simply say what a relief to find somebody who actually is aware of what theyre speaking about on the internet. You definitely know methods to carry an issue to light and make it important. Extra people need to learn this and perceive this side of the story. I cant believe youre no more fashionable since you definitely have the gift.
