I have a few pictures of the new house to share. I still can’t believe this is ours… and I am going to be quite busy over the next few months perfecting every inch with little details.
Here’s my kitchen. It seems small but it’s just the right size and I can reach everything I need without having to walk across the kitchen.

And you’re really not cramped because there’s this sweet, little breakfast nook off of the kitchen.
I absolutely love this room.
And then there’s the yard right outside the back yard.

The living room, sorely in need of some decorating love. Not done in here at all.
We’re using one of the downstairs bedrooms as a TV room and then there’s Benjamin’s room… about as perfect as they come, but a bit too small to get a full shot from any angle I try.
The upstairs bedroom has this awesome landing area on the top of the stairs, that will be our office and then there’s our room with the lovely little french doors. Still working on this entire area – just unpacked today. But here’s a peek.
And my favorite picture is in its proper place.
I found this picture at a garage sale years ago. Can you believe someone could part with this?

I won’t deny that I am ENVIOUS, but what a beautiful house and life that you are starting!
After living in shitty apartments throughout my 20′s and then moving back in with my mom for that year after leaving my ex – I am still kind of in shock that we are here, in such a nice, cute place. Just seems like a small slice of Heaven. Lucky, lucky stars and a lot of hard work combined.
