Not too shabby: a contest

Time for another contest. This one is going to be your favorite ever – just a hunch. Because it has my sexy single mamas and their fashion sense in mind. Click to read more for details.

The lovely ladies at Shabby Apple have offered me a dress and will also be giving one of you a dress!

Can you believe that? I think it’s totally awesome because I’m a bit of a fashion addict and because of the new house I haven’t been able to buy myself a new dress all summer.

I am leaning toward this one. What do you think? If you see another dress I should consider, let me know. And I want you to pick out one for yourself.

I think this dress would go beautifully with a New Leaf Necklace, so I’m throwing in one of those to the winner as well and a copy of Ms. Single Mama Uncensored.

i love the atlantic fog dress because it’s simple, comfortable, cute, you can wear it any season and dress it up or down- which is perfect for me because with clothing items i need to be able to wear it in school multiple times and everytime i can accessorize it uniquely.

Oh my, how I love this dress. It would totally cure the problem I have…I have a wedding to go to in less than two weeks, I have nothing to wear….and every single one of my childhood friends will be there. I have always been sort of a ‘hippy’ and in my 34 years, I’ve never owned a dress that cost more than $40ish (even my prom dress!!!) This post was good for my mental health. I have gained weight and have been feeling pretty awful about my appearance. But I took the 3 question survey, found out I am an “apple” (which made be feel horribly, well, ROUND) and then looked at the suggestions. There isn’t anything wrong with having some curves. And if Catherine Zeta Jones is an apple and men think she is a sexy mama, maybe my “new” shape isn’t all that bad!

Your contest inspired me to click – and buy:) They had to deliver all the way to Bosnia but they pulled it off in under 3 weeks (world record!) and I love my dress – Cider. It absolutely made my Monday morning:)
