What a wonderful letter and cause – it’s so great you made such a gracious contribution. I know my friend Alanna is working with refugee women and children in Indonesia trying to help them find legtimate work rather than be sold into slavery or human trafficking. I think her organization is still waiting approval for the project but as soon as it hits the ground I’ll let you know – I’m sure this would be a great place to promote that cause.

I am on the Board of an organization in Seattle called The Healing Center. They help bereaved kids who lave lost a parent and bereaved adults who have lost a spouse, so its pretty much an entire organization of single parents (with the exception of those few who have remarried).

Anyway, its a good place.
