When I read this recipe a few weeks back, I was intrigued and skeptical. But this morning I happened to have most of the ingredients on hand, and two children hankering for pancakes so I gave it a whirl! HOLY COW those were some good pancakes. Thanks MSM for a great recipe, it will quickly become our standard sunday morning fare, I expect.

Thank you! Pancakes are one of my favorite foods and my kids love 'em too. I'm always willing to try another great pancake recipe. Next weekend I have my kids, I think I'll give it a try.
