Well, ex, er, yeah this is so difficult right now. Those commandments were great and really resonated with me. My only question is how to have her read them without it seeming like I am trying to "fix" her. My favorite is definitely knowing yourself. My dad always raised me to be very introspective. To this day I take time every now and then and just think, put on some music, and do nothing. I lay flat on my back on the floor and ask myself questions. It sounds crazy but it helps me see past life's obstacles. Good stuff Alaina. Funny, I bet you never imagined you would be doing htis one day, writing about yourself to help yourself while simultaneously helping others help themselves.
