I am going to copy and paste that for my girl. Well, ex, er, yeah this is so difficult right now. Those commandments were great and really resonated with me. My only question is how to have her read them without it seeming like I am trying to “fix” her.
My favorite is definitely knowing yourself. My dad always raised me to be very introspective. To this day I take time every now and then and just think, put on some music, and do nothing. I lay flat on my back on the floor and ask myself questions. It sounds crazy but it helps me see past life’s obstacles.
Good stuff Alaina. Funny, I bet you never imagined you would be doing htis one day, writing about yourself to help yourself while simultaneously helping others help themselves.
