It&#039;s really hard and you might cry for a few days but it does work trust me, well atleast with my two and a few other moms that i have shared it with.
Let them cry...Make a sleep time routine follow it and then put them to bed and sit down next to the bed. Don&#039;t make eye contact or say anything, you being in the room should be enough to help them soothe themselves to sleep.. Then each night move closer to the door until you are out of the door..
